Missed a Class?

Let us know you will be away and we will make sure your instructor and the office are in the loop. Tell us which class and what happened and we will follow up with makeup options.

Missed Class Form

Use this form to let us know your student missed, or will miss, a class. We will pass it along to their instructor so they can stay on track.

Reason or note

Do you need anything from us?

Want to attend a different class that week instead? That is a class switch, not a missed class. Makeups happen in the same week as the class you miss (Tuesday to Sunday), so you pick the week and the class on the switch form.

We do not offer private makeup lessons, except as a paid session at the standard audition coaching rate (the last option above). If you are only letting us know, choose "No, just letting you know".
