Born in Seoul, South Korea, and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Brianna Kim brings warmth, passion, and a natural spark for storytelling into everything she does. With an easy ability to connect and encourage, Brianna is a mentor that easily connects with students here at LeBlanc. We’re thrilled she’s one of our instructors!
You may recognize Brianna as Chan-Mi in CBC and Netflix’s Gangnam Project, where she starred for two seasons. She has also appeared in a range of television shows and films, while making her stage debut as Janet in the Arts Club Theatre Company’s touring production of Kim’s Convenience.
With a strong foundation in theatre, and professional experience transitioning into film and television, Brianna offers students a well-rounded, real-world perspective on the craft. A graduate of Capilano University’s Musical Theatre program, she loves helping young actors build confidence, take creative risks, and learn to truly enjoy the process in a supportive and fun environment. When she’s not acting, you can catch her watching movies or working on her own screenwriting!
